Our body is balanced by the vestibular system, a network of tiny canals and structures in our inner ear that send messages to our brains. If something disrupts that system, it will often manifest as vertigo\u2013a type of dizziness in which it feels as if you or the room is spinning around, even when you\u2019re standing still.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
