Do I have to create an account to make a payment on my account?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A1.\u00a0 No!\u00a0 After you click on the link provided via text or email, you only need to confirm identify by entering the date of birth of the patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Q2. Can I keep a card on file?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A2. Yes!\u00a0 When patients make the payment, credit cards are saved automatically for (one-time) bill payments and payment plans.\u00a0 You can also delete a card at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Q3. Can I make a payment arrangement myself?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A3. Absolutely!\u00a0 We have payment arrangement parameters built in on Patient Pay\u2019s portal.\u00a0 If you would like to make different arrangements, please reach out to us at 308-675-1853, option 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Q4. If multiple family members are being treated for therapy, how many texts\/emails will I receive?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A4. The guarantor will get one text for each of the patients\/dependents with a balance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Q5. When are payment communications sent out?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A5. Electronic communications (text and email) will be sent every 7 days.&nbsp; Paper statements are sent out on Day 1, Day 30, and Day 60.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: If no payment is received by Day 1 or by Day 30, then an additional paper statement is sent out on Day 9 and Day 39 (respectively).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Q6.
