Preparing for your first appointment at Go Physical Therapy

Before your visit, make a list of questions you’d like to ask during your first meeting and call our office ahead of time to verify your insurance benefits at (308) 865-7182.

You will register at the front desk when you arrive at our office. We’ll ask for your insurance information and any other paperwork you may have brought with you (i.e., referral, X-ray or MRI report, or other medical reports). Be prepared to talk about your medical history, previous treatments, limitations you’re dealing with, and other relevant details.

In all 50 states, you can schedule a visit with one of our therapists to get help sooner rather than later. Whether you’re struggling with lingering pain from an old injury or you only hurt yourself yesterday, Direct Access guarantees your access.

Direct Access refers to the ability of patients to seek and receive physical therapy services without needing a referral or prescription from a physician or other healthcare provider.
