We incorporated balance training on various surfaces like balance pads and foam mats to simulate uneven ground. Repeating these exercises helped improve her proprioception and helped her feel more confident navigating both indoors and outdoors.

We also talked about her footwear choices and any potential environmental hazards in her home that could contribute to fall risk and other balance concerns.

After consistent MS and balance exercises, she noticed a remarkable improvement in her balance and confidence. She was able to walk more steadily, navigate stairs with ease, and even resume her regular daily activities.
