Works directly with insurance companies to ensure proper billing and payment procedures. She has been active with the Nebraska PT, OT, and Speech Associations in advocating for quality care and better reimbursement for Medicaid plans. Mary has been appointed by AOTA to serve as the alternate to the Relative Value Update Committee, a part of AMA.
